Can (1/22/25) from the brewery in Tewksbury. Opaque, bright orange (almost carrot juice), tons of sparkle, thin head with good retention and nice soapy lacing. Aroma is strong orange over pineapple and passion fruit with intermittent hints of lime. Taste is orange dominant (not as strong as aroma) with faint contributions of other elements. Smooth, frothy, creamy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste with house yeast. Wish it tasted as it smells.

3/III/25 - 1Pt. can from Treehouse brewery (or salespoint) @ ElManana+1’s place, BB: n/a, canned: I/22/25, 09340, “Live Well” (2025-224) Thanks to ElManana+1 for sharing the can!
Cloudy orange blond beer, big creamy solid yellowish head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: lovely, very fruity, tropical fruits, juicy, a little dank, herbal touch. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, good bitterness up front, fruity, dank, a little malty, grassy, a bit resinous. Aftertaste: fruity, juicy, hoppy, a bit grassy, sweet tropical fruits, some peaches, good stuff.

Canned 7/3/24, drunk 7/26/24. Small, white head atop a heavily hazy, bronze-maize-golden body. Not as lime-prevalent as the Hazy Punch, or maybe this is just older? Or maybe it's just the nose. Less fruit all-around leaving more graham cracker and biscuit malt with typical mango and citrus. Good and juicy, clean, no resin or alcohol. Fruity, but yeah, wow, this is much more tasteful on the adjunct than the Haze Punch. Though again, I need to compare with an older sample of HP since this is 23 days old vs (if I recall correctly) a much fresher HP. Regardless, this hits the spot and is juicy and nicely dry with clean, balancing malts and no heavy acidity or that heavy lime that was in the HP. Nicely dry, even, perhaps, somewhat more abrupt finish than expected for Julius.

Pours a hazy, dark apricot-gold, with mid-sized head. Aroma is juicy citrus and tropical fruit. Flavor follows--really tasty. Soft, smooth mouthfeel. Moderate hop bitterness in the finish. This is one of the better modified-Julius versions I've tried.
