Our newest IPA showcasing New Zealand gems Nelson Sauvin, Wai-iti, and Rakau hops. Juicy and sweet, and bursting with tropical fruit aromas like mangoes and papaya, as well as apricot and other stone fruit. At 7.6% we put this right on the cusp of IPA/DIPA, certainly drinkable and also warming, perfect for this time of balance between Summer and Fall.

Pours murky gold into a rulip. White head recedes to hug rim. Passion fruit and mango aromas. Soft with peach, apricot, and melon upfront turning to kumquat and tangerine in the medium length finish.

Brewery draught, 7/5/24. Heavily hazy, bronze-peach. Small, off-white head to ring. Bit of burnt rubber, lime and dragon fruit. Biscuity, crackery malts. Clean, not too aromatic, though. Pine, lime ,heavy pink guava lingering. Not overly acidic. Excellent maltiness and attenuation. Juice, white wine, tangy tropical fruit.
