Brighton draught, 6/28/24. Lightly hazy/cloudy. Pale brass with a hint of peach. Small, white head quickly to ring. Heavy dough, lots of lemony lactic character and some softer, nuttier wheat. Juicy, very lemony. Tart but with nicely developed lactic character that isn't a bit austere or punchy. Chewy wheats and low but engaging carbonation. Less sought in the mouth. Nice lemon flavors and textures. Good depth and attenuation.

22oz bottle pours a hazy yellow with some fluffy white head. Sadly, what’s the only nice thing I have to say. Smells gross, extremely sweaty, a little vomit, some mild corn, vinegar. Flavor follows right along, metallic at first, but the acid flies in after that, cheap white vinegar, sweat socks, vomit. Drain pour. Woof.

22 oz. bottle. Clear yellow color with light retention. Nose is lacto and sour lemons mixed with dirty jock strap. Dirty and funky in a bad way.

Flavor is lemon tart with a off lactobacillus, medical band aid type flavor. Thin watery body, sour wheat base with a soda pop fizzy carbonation. Jeez... I don’t like talking bad about a brew but this is just nasty. Not close to a German Berliner Weisse. I have had Berliners without syrup and really liked them, not sure if a syrup would even help this out. Nice try but please scrap this brew and go back to the drawing board.

Pours hazy gold into a tulip. White head with little retention recedes to hug rim. Caramel and hay aromas. Sweet hay and tart citrus upfront turning to marshmallow in the medium length finish.
