Vores pale ale er inspireret af den flotte natur omkring Kolding. Vi forestiller os, at den ville være perfekt at drikke ved Skamlingsbanken, hvor man kan nyde udsigten ud over Kolding kommune.
Solstrejf over Skamlingen er en frugtig pale ale, med en fyldig maltsammensætning. Vi har i denne øl givet fuld skrue på citrahumlen, som giver noter af tropiske frugter, lime og grapefrugt.

Bottled. A cloudy amber beer with a huge orangey head. The aroma has notes of citrus fruits, hops, caramel, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of spices, citrus fruits, hops, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an almost clear deep golden with an off-white head. Spicy, grainy, biscuity nose. Medium body, again grainy with slight caramel and a solid, finishing bitterness. Not much hop aromatics, but otherwise fairly solid. 040723 6/3/6/3/12

2/7/2022. Bottle shared at fonefan tasting. Pours clear golden amber with a small frothy white head. Aroma of caramel, hops, flowers, grass, herbal edge. Medium sweetness, medium body. Average carbonation. Okay.

ABV: 6.7%. ✅ Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, pale malt, sweet malt, dusty malt, husks - chaff. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, fruity malt, pale malt, sweet malt, dusty malt - hops, flowers - straw, husks - chaff. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20220702]
