Bottle thanks to Ken. It pours cloudy yellow white head. The aroma is earthy, brett, musty, stewed apricot, peach, persimmon and some creaminess. The taste is crisp, tart, sour, lemon sherbet, sour peach, apricot, persimmon, Brett, bright acidity, minerals and traditional lemonade with a dry finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Nice juan.

Bottle at Level 42, thanks to Kenny, 09/06/16. Hazed golden blonde with a fast collapsing white head. Nose is fuzzy peach, vanilla, spice, damp straw, funk, yuzu escapades, light sweat. Taste comprises tangy peach, funk, tangerine, light acidity, soft bread. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent enough sour - no frills, no major depth but ticks the boxes.

Bottle shared in London - big thanks to madmitch. Pours hazy yellow with a creamy, white topping. The aroma holds lemon, peach, kumquat. Light sweet. Flavour with moderate acidity, some wheat flakes, lemon juice, lemon candies. Lig bodied with spritzy carbonation. Clean finish, tart and citrusy, with some dried peach, grapefruit. Good stuff.

This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a hazy golden burnt yellow to orange color with a thin film of a white head. Lacing is slim.
The smell started off with vinous citrus sourness with a big quality of bitterness hitting tart orange rind. Some citrus juices. Peaches are extremely subtle.
The taste was extremely sour through the orange rind. Peaches do show some light sweetness in the flavor. Slides into the aftertaste. Dry sour finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a good sipping quality to it. Carbonation hits appropriately. But sour harshness, damn, yeah, just hits extremely hard in the feel.
Overall, well, it smells and tastes great, but the feel, hmmm...yeah, damn that’s some harsh stuff, wooee, nice to try, unsure if I would have again.
