Brewery draught, 6/14/25.
Heavily hazy, lemon-golden. Small, white head.
Fruit salad and light white wine. Lots of mineral. Soft, plush, honey-like malts.
Soft and juicy with both good tropical fruit juiciness and bitterness. Maybe a shade light bodied and overly dry for its size. But clean, spicy, juicy and zippy with great bitterness.

Can from tfontana, thanks for the trade. Lightly hazy dark yellow with a frothy white head that slowly dissipates. Earthy spicy with tropical fruits and light sweet bready maltiness.

16 oz. can from the brewery in a trade with tfontana, thanks big pimping! Dated: 7/20/21. Finally got around to this in my pecking order. Aroma is yeast and soft citrus fruits. The Nelson Sauvin is almost completely dead at this point. Flavor is mostly citrus with some soft earthy tones in the finish. Maybe a little bit of white grape and hay as it gets real warm. Still a nice beer just wish the Nelson would pop more.

Can (7/20/21) pour from the brewery. It's an opaque dark yellow with trace sparkle, many large white floaties, finger-plus white foamy head with excellent retention and nice rings of lacing. Aroma is strong citrus, grapefruit. Taste is strong citrus, light vegetal and late grape/melon. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and crisp finish as taste. Overall, it's basically fine but doesn't wow in any way. Doesn't get a lot out of Nelson and Motueka.
