En Granfætter Hazy IPA er selvfølgelig brygget med friske sitka granskud. For at give gransmagen et ekstra boost har vi humlet med et mix af amerikansk Simcoe og og Vista samt New Zealandsk Southern Cross som i fællesskab giver en krydret smag og aroma af citrus og fyrnåle.
Alle humler er tilsat i whirlpool efter kogning og som tørhumle i gærtank for at holde bitterheden lavt i denne julede fætter.

Sample, thanks fonefan! Hazy pale amber, mid sized head. Citrusy nose with evident spruce shoots. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with some bubblegum, lots of citrus and spruce. Resinous bitter finish.

(thanks fonefan!). Hazy amber colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, some nectar and mild bready and biscuity tones. Flavour is spruce shoots, floral, nectar and mild biscuity tones with some bread and mild berries too. Crisp and refreshing. Big spruce shoot finish.

Sample from 50 cl bottle. Muddy amber colour with a thin white head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, fruits and grasses. Taste is bitter. Medium bodied. Dry and bitter finish with fruits. Fair.

Bottle@Jespers - Hazy orange coloured pour with a white covering. Very sweet with notes of citrus fruit, some grapefruit and tangerine, sweet malty backbone, bitter hoppy into the finish.
