Keg at the Cock Tavern - Hackney. Pours clearish yellow with a frothy, pure white head. The nose holds pale grains, lemon rind, a little cat pee, pithy grapefruit. Light-medium sweet flavour with nice pithy citrus character overall, a bit of pale grain, more lemon rind, soft pine needles. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Nearly balanced finish, with more rindy and pithy citrus, more lemon and graoefruit, crisp pale bread. Solid effort.

Descent enough pale ale nut needs more hops. A little too lemony on aroma. With a bit of tweaking this could be great
