Sport Blend 2 is our best friend on a hot day or after performing a sporty sports activity. It's a blend of tart farmhouse ales matured in various wine barrels, mostly ex-white wine, with sea salt and lime zest added to accentuate the tart, fruity & coconut notes we found in the base blend. Crush and/or consider.

Bottle at Ryan's; brewed 2017, bottled mar 2018
Cloudy blond colour. Sour, moderately funky, smooth, maybe a bit too much yeast, but overall it's enjoyable.

Bottle, from 2018. Hazy, no head. There's a light brett note, with a hint of pale malt in there. The lime and salt are fairly prominent in this as well. Complex tartness, nice balance. The malt sweetness rounds it out. Good stuff.

A hazed golden blonde Saison with a thin white head. In aroma, nice tart mix of ground cherry, light lactic and Epsom salts, light fruity esters, pleasant. In mouth, refreshing mix of lemon juice, lactic acid, light cork notes, very nice. Bottle from Keep6 imports, 1 year old.
