Say hello to brand new Dark Arts Honeycomb, exclusive to Asda beer aisles nationwide!
Our sumptuous and surreal stout gets a sweet and syrupy honeycomb twist. The complex malt bill is elevated with melt in your mouth dark chocolate. This is followed by a subtle sticky hit of honeycomb to cut through the distinct rich and roasty deliciousness.

440ml can from Asda in Watford, Herts. A very dark brown/black coloured pour with a decent beige head on top. Sweet, roasty, malty, chocolate, honeycomb taste and aroma. Really good supermarket offering and not too sweet.

Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2023, day 1 - London. Pours black-brown with a frothy, beige head. Medium sweet flavour with nice dry chocolate notes, mellow roast, coffee, coffee ice cream, mild earthy bitterness. Medium bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Well balanced finish, a little burnt honeycomb perhaps, more cocoa, coffee. Really drinkable and nicely layered.

Pigs Ear. Cask. Clear deep reddish brown beer, small bubbly tan head. Smooth palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Thin dark malts but with sweet dark chocolate. Good berry fruits in the mid, ripe red berries and a touch of blackberry. Nice touch of honeycombe on the end. A little milk chocolate as well. Nice, could have easily been overdone but it isne!

Can. Nose is chocolate, Crunchy, wafer, hint of vanilla, slightly plummy. Taste is wafer, vanilla, chocolate, crunchy, a little fruit, almost sour note in thin slightly smokey finish.
