Like its American counterpart, this beer uses Cascade both for bittering and dry hopping, the only difference being these hops were grown in Belgium. Challenge yourself to discover the difference in "terroir" between the pair.

Nose is herbal, hint of bubblegum, almost none existant. Taste is floral, slight fruitiness, hint of citrus and pepperiness in the finish, the booze is unpleasantly pronounced in the finish. Thin mouthfeel, An interesting experiment, but not much point if the end product is a cheap tasting beer that skimped on the hops, and this verges on the poor with the uneven booze.

Bottle from Beer52. It pours straw yellow - gold with a foamy white head. The aroma is fresh, floral, freshly laundered linen, pine, sweet lemon and some bread. The taste is crisp, dry, bitter, lemony vibes upfront, pine, grass, straw, quite floral, touch of pepper and some alcohol on the back-end. The finish is firmly dry, lemon and florals. Medium body and fine carbonation. Works pretty well overall.

33cl bottle from Beer52 - it just says "Cascade" on the label, but it's called "Cascade EU" on their website. A straw colour with a billowing white head; aroma of lemon and damp straw; and a grassy, grainy body and a clean sherbet lemon finish. Light and inoffensive.
