On tap at the brewery pours out hazy golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice sweet malts wheat some banana and spice. Taste is more of the nice bread wheat banana spice combo.

On tap at Cafe-Restaurant Blaas - Passaublick, Freiberg, Austria in the company of Craig and Stella Saturday 14th October 2023. Pours hazy yellow gold with a large white head, nice softness, a little creamy edge, there is a touch of dryness, nice, there is a pleasant yeastines, good.

Trüb bernsteinfarben mit weißer Schaumkrone. Hefiger, fruchtiger, malziger Geruch. Geschmacklich hefig, malzig, fruchtig mit Banane und Anklängen an Pfirsich. Mittlere bis hohe Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit lebhafter Kohlensäure.

Draught. Hazy amber color with a medium white head. Aroma is yeasty, banana, bubble gum. Taste is more on the sweet side, wheat, cereals, with a tart finish.Ok weizen.

gebraut nach Innviertler Brautradition steht schon mal auf dem Etikett. Hier beruft man sich auf die Tatsache, dass das Innviertel erst 1779 von Bayern zu Österreich kam. Das wirkt sich heute dadurch aus, dass Brauereien in dieser Gegend gerne ein Weissbier bayrischer -oder eben Innviertler- Brauart anbieten. Geschmacklich hat es schon mal tolle fruchtige Aromen, die ehrlich und nicht übertrieben wirken -wobei die Banane wirklich verdammt lange nachhallt. Die hefigen Noten betten dies wirklich gut ein, wodurch es wunderbar süffig ist. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen ist ein übertrieben herber Stich, der kurz nach dem Einstieg reinbeißt, aber gottseidank schell im weißbierigen Obst untergeht.

Ist im April 2015 neu ins Programm gekommen - bisher hatte Baumgartner kein Weizen im Sortiment. Für ihr Erstlingswerk in Sachen Weißbier fällt das Ergebnis mehr als nur brauchbar aus. Eher schwer, gute Substanz, recht kräftiger Geschmack (der sogar nach mehr als die angegebenen 5,4 % Alk schmeckt), fruchtige Noten sind vorhanden (ich erkenne insbesondere etwas Pfirsich), noch ausreichend süffig und sehr schmackhaft.

Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, weizen yeast, banana. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, banana, wheat, weizen yeast. Bottle shared at the Chris & Ruth pre GBBF shindig tasting 2016 - London. Cheers! Pours light hazy gold with a creamy, white head. The nose holds ripe banana and doughy wheat bread. Medium sweet flavour with some sugary wheat, more dough, some vague fruity esters. Light bodied with average carbonation. Sweet and doughy in the finish. Alright.
