Taster at the brewpub. Cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- clove, apricot, apple. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, slightly sour, slightly bitter, the same as aroma, pear. Medium bodied. Good.

Cloudy yellow with medium white head. Aroma is ripe banana wet lively yeast. Clean and fun. Taste is fresh yeasty sourness with smooth bitterness. Incredibly balanced. Later some more sourness which was not perfect. Smooth. Easy. I like it. Easily competes with german examples of this style.

A hazed blonde weizen with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light banana esters, cloves, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity banana malt with cloves, resinous and piney, interesting. On tap at brewery.

On tap at the brewery pours a hazy orange with some lacing white head. Nose has plenty of estery notes, clove, banana, bubblegum, floral, some light tropical fruit, mild candy. Flavor is sweet with honey and bubblegum, some nice wheaty Flavor and texture too, spice, almost hints of coconut milk. Fisher lightly sweet with some spice. Not a great style, but this is well done.

On draft at the brewpub it is a clear golden color with a slight head. It has the familiar aroma of a hefeweizen and the taste that is associated with ia bitterness that ends in a taste of bacon on the palate
