Gravity Cask at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2025. Gluten Free. Amber colour, bubbly white foam head and aroma of malt, earthy. Taste is malty, toasty, bready with some earthy bitterness. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, drying malty bitter finish. Quite drinkable

From cask at the lovely Dog & Bell, Deptford, with Terje 23.04.23. Clear dark golden. Balanced aroma and taste of pale malt, crystal malt and piney hops. Good.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 21st October 2022. Copper with shallow foam and scant lacing. Malty aroma and liquid pass, with hints of leafy hops. A finish of leafiness on the tongue, caramel malt and hints of spices. Smooth mouthfeel and light body.
