This pale ale is moderately hazy and golden in colour, with initial aromas of citrus fruits, grapefruit zest and light caramel. Your tastebuds will be met with a light bitterness, a smooth mouthfeel from the cask carbonation, and a slightly sweet flavour. Combined this with citrus pith and pine created by the addition of Idaho 7 and Simcoe in the hop bill. This easy-drinking pale ale will go down a treat.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 6th October 2022. Hazy pale amber with thick off-white foam and full lacing. Zesty spicy citrus in aroma. Spicy citrus peel in-mouth and through finish. Medium bodied with a zingy mouthfeel.

Cask @ Crown & Kettle, Manchester. Hazy dank golden with a thick creamy head. Tropical fruity in both aroma and taste, its lower strength lessons its impact in this respect, but it's still a worthwhile brew.
