This is a modern cask beer, brewed with a very simple malt base. It has been dry hopped with Mosaic and Loral to give a balance between a ripe tropical fruit and floral aroma with a clean firm bitterness.

Cask, yes cask, at the Southampton Arms, London on 17th June 2022. Hazy pale gold with shallow but dense whitish foam affording full lacing. Fruity hoppiness in aroma. Biscuit malt and blend of tropical and citrus fruits in-mouth, and a sweet-to-tangy finish. Medium bodied with an engaging texture.
