Can from House of Trembling Madness. It pours hazy straw yellow with a fizzy white head. The aroma is grassy, floral, bready malt, cracker, sweet dough, touch of orchard fruits, hay and biscuit. The taste is crisp, dry and snappy, zesty, citrus peel, herbal accents, minty, lemon verbena, cracker, minerality, white grape, gooseberry, hay, straw and some florals. Finish is firmly dry. Light body and high, fizzy carbonation. Very quenching. Crisp and moreish.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from All Good Beer. Pours lightly hazed gold with a frothy, white head. Lightly sweet, notes of biscuits, wheat flakes, straw, yeast, lemon rind. Light bodied with active carbonation. Decent balance to finish, more bready biscuits, flaked wheat, hay, straw, background citrus peel, pale bread. Super drinkable stuff.

Can. CW online. Looks like lemon barley squash. Decent white foam is thick and lasting. Nose has dry grain. “Belgian” yeast. Mineral. Some lemon pith. Taste is dry and light bitter, although not without some sweetness. Light and refreshing on the palate, with fairly high, foamy carbonation. Clean and dry finish, with a little more of the sweetness.
