(Cask at Craft Beer Co Clerkenwell, London, 19 April 2017) Amber colour with brief, off-white head. Malty, hoppy nose with orange peel, resin, toast and apricots. Malty, fruity taste with notes of apricots, toast, orange peel and a balanced citric/tropical bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Quite nice.

Cask at CBC, Clerkenwell on 7th April 2017. Clear amber with vanishing off-white film and scant lacing. Intensely malty aroma with biscuit and hazelnut. Luscious malts, berry fruits and nuttiness in-mouth, and throughout the finish. Light mouthfeel and a medium body.

Cask @ Smithfield Market Tavern, Manchester. Amber with a head. Has a very robust sugary tropical fruitiness, with a somewhat acquired taste for it in this respect.
