Sampled courtesy of the flat top wizard. Old ass re-bottling dude. Danlo reviewed it last year. These things rock.
Mojito glass at home.
Hazy, dull, honey pour, lingering froth.
Rich, phenolic nose of bittersweets, orange spice & a gentle splash of bourbon.
Taste is sweet, rich, orange-laced tart cider, nutty, touch of butter, high acid. Better cocktail than cider.
Extra frothy, lightly boozy. This is almost like a whiskey punch.

Panda courtesy of SHIG, cheers Shawn! Hazed golden colour, big foamy white head that quickly dissipates and aroma of apple, formic hint, vanilla, barrel note. Taste is sweet and tart, appley, vanilla, musty funk, with some oaky wood and tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying finish. Quite drinkable.

Can: Poured a hazy coppery golden with a carbonated white bubble head that dissipated fast. Aroma is apples, tannins, light funk. Taste is tart apples, light tingle, soft bourbon, leather, carbonation. This one seemed to walk past the barrels not really age in them.
