Bottle 750ml. @ [ chriso & Boudicca's pre- GBBF Shindig 2016 ] - Chris and Ruth's House, London. [ As Rocket Going Home 4 Christmas ].Unclear medium amber colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, spicy, clove, cinnamon. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, spicy, cinnamon, clove, sugary. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20160806] 6-3-6-3-12

Aroma: Citrus, spices and yeast. Flavour: Sweet fruits with oranges and herbs. Aftertaste is oranges and sweet berries and some dry bitterness. Colour: murky orange brown with a fading offwhite head. From: Bottle @ Voldby Købmandsgård Nov. 2016.

Bottle sourced from Kihoskh, Copenhagen - pours dark amber with a medium beige head. Sweet malty with notes of caramel, some cocoa, dark dried fruit, yeast, some prominent spices into the close.

Bottle split at Chris & Ruth’s pre GBBF Shindig, 07/08/16. Lightly hazed amber with a decent beige covering. Nose is bitter fruit rinds, spice, fruit cake, toffee, earthy notes. Taste comprises dried fruits, dates, toffee, spice, brown bread. Medium + body, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a boost. Decent enough quad.

Bottle shared at the chriso and Ruth pre GBBF Shindig 2016 - London. Day 1. Pours unclear amber with a light, creamy topping. Spicy aroma, with notes of bread and berries. Medium sweet flavour with touches of grape, more berries, more bready malts. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Sugary finish, with more berries and bread, low bitterness, subtle holiday spicing. Nice one.

Bottle shared at the pre GBBF chriso’s tasting day 1 06/08/2016. Many thanks to Jan for this one. Reddy amber coloured pour with a a beige head. Aroma is nutty malts red berries, fruit. Flavour is composed of apple druid berry, red fruit, cranberry, nutty malts. Palate is semi sweet, highish carbonation. Palate is tangy, semi sweet. Good.

Pre shinding 2016. Trübes dunkel orange goldenes Bier mit mittelgroßen beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch nach reifen roten Früchten, holzig, Zimt. Geschmack sehr würzig, Zimt, reifes Obst, rotes malz.

Bottle, 88%. Clear dark amber/brown with medium tan head. Aroma is malt, caramel, toasted, hop and spices. Flavour is malt, caramel, toasted, yeast, spices, sweet, notes of alcohol and a little bitter.
