Bottle (AIH53, from ABM, ABV 5.2%)
Hazy orange color, small white head. Strong yeasty aroma with light spiceyness. Light-bodied. Dry sticky yeasty flavors and spiceyness, almost coriander-like. Not much clove or banana. Short finish with light citric-fruity notes. Not what brewery wants it to be for sure.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish golden colour with average, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Fruity, yeasty, minimally mouldy fruity aroma, notes of quince, peach and dried banana, a touch of clove. Taste is initially moderately sweet wheaty, fruity, peach quince and dried banana again, cautious hints of clove; later minimally earthy, grassy hoppy overtones come in, producing in combination apricot and some fleecy peach peel in taste and mouthfeel. Soft carbonation, slightly viscid texture. Not paradigmatically Bavarian, but close by and a very interesting interpretation if not enhancement.

Bottle at London Beer Lab. Deep gold with a thick white head. Very smooth mouthfeel. Mellow banana and cream. Banana milkshake in beer form. A hint of lemon in the tail end. Possibly a little too mellow for its own good at times but yeah, it’s quite drinkable.

Bottle shared at Chrisso’s May 2014 tasting 25/05/2014. Thanks to Paul. Clouded light yellow coloured pour witha a fine halo of white head. Looks like pineapple juice. Aroma is Slighlty stale malts, banana yeast phenols. Flavour is earthy and grainy, some farmyard notes, banana and dull malts. Fine effervescent carbonation, dry and grainy on the tongue. Pretty dull overall.
