Bottle at home, acquired from the brewery, 28/06/14. Hazed orange amber with moderate off white spotting and edgework. Nose is bitter citrics, yeast, straw, orange, light apricot. Taste is citric forward, grassy, lemon rind, yeast, spice, light nana, touch of caramel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok citric lead hefe.

Tasting at the ever gracious ChrisO’s. Lightly hazy pale gold beer, smal white head. Palate is light and a little dry. Very light touch of smoke. Whisper of grapefruit. Very dry seltzer. Dry finish. Okay.

Bottle @ Chriso May 14 tasting. Pours like cloudy morning piss, yeasty lemon aroma. Taste is a little weak and lacklustre, some spice, coriander and lemon but ultimately a bit thin on the ground.

Bottle picked up at the brewery. It pours hazy pale golden with a small white head. The nose is soft, sweet, doughy and coriander. The taste is white bread, toast, grainy, herbal, underlying sweetness, bread & butter pudding and sweet apple with a dry finish. Light-medium body and fine carbonation. Not a whole lot to it. Soft and easy-going anyhow.

Chriso May 2014 tasting. Pale gold hazy white head. German Hefeweizen aroma. It’s a little thin. Quite a light hefe. Bit of lemon. Not much hop.
