Bottle shared in London / cheers to Fergus. Pours clear orange-red with a small, foamy topping. Big woody nose, aged berries. Medium sweet flavour, some toasted bread, caramel, leathery berries. Full bodied with fine carbonation. Warming finish, toasted sugars, leathery berries. Not bad.

Clear amber beer, small cream colour head. Palate is light and smooth and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Light and sweetish malts balanced by bitter wood. Light spice. Thin but nicely fruity bourbon. Light finish. Light and very drinkable. Nicely done.

ABV: 10.0%. Clear medium amber colour with a small, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, dried fruit, strawberry. sweet malt, alcohol - bourbon. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, dried fruit, strawberry - marmalade, light alcohol - bourbon. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. 33 cL bottle, 2017, 10%. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is toasted malt. Slight breadish. Alcohol. Sweet, mild fruity. Mellow. Light vanilla note. Smooth and lingering caramelish malt. Subdued sweetness. Good balanced bitterness.
