Bottle from Beer District, Buxton, consumed at home Sunday 18th February 2018 whilst cooking a Thomasina Miers Chilli con Carne. Hazy light amber with a sticky white head. Fruity solid beer, it's an untypical APA, I guess it tastes like that but also could be considered a very hoppy bitter as the malts show a touch more. Soft mouthfeel, sweeter than expected a bit fuzzy. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.4
