This juicy pale uses Amarillo and Comet hops to balance the sweetness of the pineapple with hints of citrus and herbs. A tropical treat for Northern climes.

Can 44 cl. Pours a clear golden with a smallish, roughish white head. Pineappley aroma indeed paired with other tropical fruits. A bit light in body and semi-low carbonation. Dry, tropical fruitiness with some bittering hops. Decent lil quaffer. 270525

Cask at Crafty Merlins, Darlington. Hazy gold colour, white foam head and aroma of tropical fruits, pineapple, citrus, hops. Taste is sweetish, malt, grain, with juicy fruits, pineapple, citrus, grapefruit, pine and tangy hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry hoppy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable

Manchester Beer Festival 2018. Crisp golden ale with pineapple in its nose, and a juicy enough pineapple taste.

[ As Brass Castle Pineapple Pale ].
ABV: 4.3%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, light to moderate hoppy, fruity hops, pineapple, light citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, pineapple, sweet malt, sweet fruit, pale malt, light artificial. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20180126]

Cask gravity at Firkin Alehouse Folkestone. Clear amber colour lasting white head. Pineapple no doubt. Too much like pineapple earthy .light bitterness. Not for me.

Keg at the dreadnought. Pours golden, nose is pineapple, grapefruit, taste is strawberry, dry toffee, pineapple.
