We make our lager using the classic European noble hops Hallertauer and Saaz which are synonymous with the traditional European style. The beer is straw coloured with very mild bitterness, has a clean and fresh taste, and shows delicate hop aromas and flavours. It’s understated and refined rather than flashy, and so is ideal to go with all styles of food.

Clear golden colour with thin head. It's malty and sweet. Very slightly bitter. Perhaps something dusty, sulphury in the aroma. (2nd attempt and loads of Diacetyl comes through way too much).

330ml can. Gluten Free. Golden colour, bubbly white foam head leaving lacing and grainy aroma. Taste is sweetish, grainy, malt with some grassy bitterness. Light bodied, soft carbonation, dry crisp bitter finish. Quite OK.
