Draft at HopMonk. Nose is very light banana and white bread. Lightly hazy yellow with a small white head. Flavor is lightly bitter with fruity notes.

Keg at Hopmonk, Sonoma, 28/04/14. Clear light golden with a moderate off white covering, carbonation well evident. Nose is malt forward, bready pangs, light citrus, grain, straw, fresh clean aromas. Taste comprises pale malts, grass, lemon rind, light bread dough. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent crisp clean kellerbier.

Pours gold. Not much haze, if any. Pours gold. Aroma is mildly bready with a nice grassiness. Tastes pretty much like that. It’s a very good lager.

A blonde beer with a thick white head. In aroma, a very wild weed, citrusy and nice. In mouth, nice resinous lager, with very nice pungeant Saaz hops, mineral notes, intense and pleasing. My favorite. On tap at brewpub, August 16 2009.

Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a malty grainy slightly hoppy aroma. Malty hoppy and slighlty grainy flavor. Has a sweetish malty hoppy finish.

Draft. Golden amber beer with a nice off-white head. Light grassy aroma. Grassy, light malt, light hay flavor. Bitterness not bad. Medium bodied. Lingering grass and a little woodsy.
