Can from the LCBO. Clear dark reddish purple with a tiny quick fading pink head leaving minimal lace. Nose is currants, green apple, lemon peel, red berries, and some earth. Light fruity sweetness with a medium+ berry tartness. Mouth is a touch thin with soft carbonation and an acidic finish. 7/3-/6+/3/13-

Can that pours a clean ruby red with a pink head that dissipates quickly leaving a tiny ring around the collar. Fruity nose with the black currants and hints of apples and other berries. Ok, not super sour tasting. The black currants are there. Gets hazier at last pour. Hints of rusty water lingers. Not too bad with decent fruitiness.
Picked up a can form the lcbo, and, granted time changes all things, but the vinegar sour bite feels like it's gone way up in this variation. Still feels a little thin, but the sour has taken the driver's seat, and the berry is in the back. Lacks subtlety.
