Sweet roasted grain, light grassy hops, crisp and quenching. A nice blonde ale, nothing spectacular, but quite decent. Exactly what you’d expect our of a blonde ale. Easy drinking and clean.

This blonde poured a clear, med yellow with a off white , creamy head. Scents include corn, dough and a little honey cereal. Nice lacing. First swig was nice and smooth with flavours of lightly bitter hops, grain/bread and a little cereal. Finish is bitter on the tongue with that bitter flavour that lingers.

Can from the Beer Store. Clear medium gold with a small short lived white head. Nose is light honey, roasted grains and light grassy hops. Flavour is light+ sweet honey and fruit with a light grassy bitterness. Mouth is medium- with soft carbonation and a crisp finish. Yes, it's a blonde ale. 6+/3-/6/3/12

Thanks to AleRider78 for bringing this one back from the brewery. Way too much carbonation, as beer overflows like crazy and keep bubbling out of the bottle (as my picture shows). This should never happen when a bottle has not been shaken since August - WTF !! Slight hazy golden with white foam, chunky foam lace. Yeasty nose with golden malts. Yeasty taste with a spicy bite. Not sure what is going on here. Yeast, malt and hops are not blending well together. Thanks for spewing all-over my desk.

(bottle) clear, pale yellow colour with a small white head; aroma starts with honey, then grain and noble hops; lively carbonation; refreshing, balanced if simple flavour; decent for a generally unexciting style
