Can from the lcbo. Clear golden pour, with a small, quickly dissipating head. Aroma has some nice lime, salt, and hints of pepper with some tart wheat. Thin mouth feel, soft carb. Tart wheat, a salty lime finish, reminds me of a margarita.

A lightly hazed golden gose with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet spiced malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, rather interesting mix of celery salt, light Epsom salts, like a bloody Mary, before adding the tomato juice and vodka. On tap at Craft beer market.

Pours a golden colour with very, very tiny particles just giving a tad unfiltered touch. Off-white head, dissipates quick enough with a little lace spots. Light sweet, fruity malt aromas with some peppery notes. Flavours of lime with its zest and maybe mild hops balancing some bitterness in the end. Hints of saltiness. The pepper warms up the mouthfeel. Not sure a complete Gose (laking sourness), but a decent summer light beer.
