A big, solid well laced white head on a fizzy, unfiltered dark straw body. The nose features fresh citrus with sweet malt. A really nice treatment of the Citra pale ale. Big citrus with the lightening effect of the pale ale body. Grapefruit, orange, and lemon work well with sweet malt and a touch of honey. A really well harnessed use of Citra hops. A big fan.

Bottle from the lcbo. Cloudy orange pour with a big white head. Aroma is bursting with citrus oils and tropical fruit. Mouth feel is thin, carb is very low. Finish is low on the bitterness scale and the tropical fruit fades big time and leaves subtle citrus and grass. Meh.

How much hops did they put in this thing. Really well done, and my first from this brewery. Lost of hop nose that's a mix of resin, a touch of pine and tropical fruit. The taste is similar hop pop, leaning a little more to pine and tropical. Solid. And just over 5% makes it easy to drink a few...

Pours a hazy golden colour with a big soapy-frothy off-white cap, long lasting with some foamy lace left. Big citrus aromas with the juices of oranges and grapefruits... with their peel freshly put through the zester. A decent dry mouthfeel. The taste is also citrusy, but not as punchy. Some bitterness for a Pale ale, but not too crazy like an IPA. Big chunks come out at last pour, and brew gets cloudier. Well-brewed, for those who like hoppier Pale ales.

Bottle from the LCBO. Cloudy amber under a fluffy two finger off-white head that lingers and leaves some sparse lace. Nose is bright citrus with grapefruit and melon along with some light floral notes and a light cereal backing. Flavour follows with a light sweet malt supporting a medium- citrus bitterness. Mouth is medium- and slick with average carbonaiton and a lingering lightly bitter finish. Could use a bit fuller body, but nice. 8/4-/7+/3+/15
