On tap at the beer bistro. Nice copper pour, with a big white head. Spicy Aroma, floral notes with subtle fruit, and grasses. Crisp, clean mouth feel, good carb. Medium bitterness, solid rye spice, more grassy hops, hints of yeast. Easy drinking, clean and refreshing. Nice.

A little odd, and doesn't connect super well like dial up internet. Pours hazy orange with great head and lacing. Florals abd rye. Sweet finish with a bit of crispness.

After a nice first experience with their Bitter Waitress, pretty pumped for this one. Pours a lightly hazy, golden colour with a big frothy-creamy warm cap, good retention and lacing. Beautiful Belgian Ale yeast aromas with some sweetness (candi), fruitiness and spices. Reminds me of a Saison smell, but with some banana notes from wheat. The taste has the spiciness of the rye with the Belgian notes and some nice grass in the finish. I quite like the blend of Rye and Belgian Ale. Another very good one from this brewery.

A beer from my brother in law, usually beers with rye rub me the wrong way, but we'll see... Classic golden brew slightly cloudy just a little more than a sheet (call it a duvet) of white head, that sheets. Nose is malty carmel, with a mild orange and hint of spice. Taste pick up the nose with caramel malts, a mild spiciness and a bit of orange zest. Overall solid.

Can from the LCBO. Cloudy medium amber. Fluffy long lasting off whitehead leaves some patchy lace. Nose is yeast, grass, light floral notes and some light rye. Light sweet malt with a light+ grassy bitterness and a double dose of spice with the yeast and rye contributing to a strong clove presence which is a bit excessive for my tastes. Mouth is medium- with prickly carbonation and a lingering finish of spice. 7/4/6-/3/13+
