Copper pour, small off white head. Aroma is kina boring. Floral, grassy, light hint of citrus, and sweet grains, and cereal. The description makes this sound mighty tasty and it falls quite short. It’s not bad, but not great by any stretch. Light to medium bitterness, grassy with light citrus pith, and oil. Meh.

Can from the LCBO. Slightly hazy medium gold under a one finger frothy white head that leaves some patchy lace. Nose is light caramel and floral hops with very subdued citrus. Flavour is actually a touch brighter than the aroma with medium- citrus and floral hop bitterness over a light honey. Mouth is medium- slick with average carbonation and a light bitter finish. OK. 6/3/7+/3/13

Slightly unfiltered, golden-orange colour with a frothy warm cap, good retention and loads of lacing. Beautiful aromas of fresh hops with citrus (oranges mostly) and grassy notes right out of the can. Then, after breathing a bit, the grain shows and hops take a chill. The taste is bitter with citrus zest with a nice dry finish. A pretty good Pale Ale and a great start for this brewery.

Can: Poured an amber color ale with a nice large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy malt notes with some light dry caramel malt notes. Taste is dominated by medium citrusy notes with limited bitterness and some light dry caramel malt notes. Body is pretty full for style with good carbonation. Not bad but falls a bit short on the hops side of things.
