Bottle. Pours clear golden, medium white head, dissipates to a ring with decent lacing. Aroma is lemony, lactic, oak, hints of smoke, lemon zest, a touch of acetone. Flavor is light plus tart, hints of smoke, savory, a touch herbal. Medium body, fairly low carbonation. Interesting.

(Tap sample @ MBCC 2017 Green Session, Copenhagen) Pours clear yellow gold with a white head. Notes of malt, tart citrus fruit, wet wood, mezcal, herbs, slightly spicy, yeasty tones, touch of acetic acid, light funk, a bit sweet, moderately tart, finishing dry with a little spirit. Light to medium body, average carbonation. Pretty good, though I don't love the mezcal + acetic combination so much here. Would like a more solely lactic sourness I think.
