12oz bottle. Unfiltered orange-brown body. Fruity, zesty, herbal Saison. Pronounced yeast tones. Pretty good for a US Saison, the alcohol is pretty moderate, and the unfiltered yeast tones smooth out the body. Peppery, flowery yeast notes. Creamy smooth body. Solid offering.

Draft at Acadia during RBSG. From notes. Malty with belgian yeast. Banana and clove with just a slight fruity hint on the end. Pretty good.

Light yellow and cloudy. Some yeast and lots of sugar, but lacking complexity or spiciness. Sweet.

22 oz bomber purchased at Zipps in Minneapols, Minnesota. The pour is a hazed yellow golden, with a smallish white head. The aroma is sweet ester yeast, clove, and behind that the wheat grain. The taste is the clove, wheat grain, sweet esters, and gets a strange bubblegum flavor towards the finish. The palate is light to medium bodied, soft natural carbonation, abd the clove yeasty finish. Just ok.

On tap at SPSBF. Pours a hazy golden amber with a large white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has some sweet floral notes with a backing grassy hops and a bit of a yeast note. Flavor has grassy notes with a hint of flora and some sweet grains.
