Aged in 20 year old Pappy Van Winkle barrels, blended with 2 year old stout and treated with Tahitian vanilla beans and Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee. This barrel was specifically treated with Tahitian vanilla beans and Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee and is 14.2% This is a bourbon barrel aged stout that spent over 2 years soaking up all the bourbon barrel goodness. This barrel was blended with 4 kegs aged for the same amount of time and then treated with the coffee and vanilla

Pours black, no real head. Scent is full, green olives. Taste is full, herbaceous, by far the odd one out in the set. Aged milkchocolate, simple, not as barrel expressed as the others. Mild bitterness. Fairly sweet. The most unique for sure !

Bottle thanks to Derek. Pours black with medium tan head that lasts. The aroma is roast, vanilla bean, toffee, cocoa, wood, bourbon. Slick body, bitter roast, dark chocolate, vanilla, nice boozy finish, very good.

9 3 9 4 18 Bottle shared at home. Black with a ring tan head. Aroma of big pappy, vanilla, light oak, cacoa, milk chocolate and coffee. Flavour is heavy sweet and moderate bitter. Full bodied with a light medium thick texture and soft carbonation.

Bottle shared at kermis's. Black with little tan head. Big sweet deep roasted chocolate malts. Massive vanilla, toffee, deep and complex roastiness. Strong whiskey, coffee. Big sweet and bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation. Full body and soft carbonation. Perfect candy.

Bottle shared thanks to kermis. Black with small dark beige head. Vanilla, lots of coffee, sweet bourbon, dark chocolate, toffee, sweet red berries, sweet chocolate dessert, roasted barley, some alcohol. Quite sweet and bitter. Full bodied with light dry finish. Very good.
