Each step of the process from the water to the malt bill is carefully engineered to make sure the hops have all the room they need to party with your senses.

Keg at Eebria. It pours hazy golden with a thick white head. The aroma is fresh, bready, floury, brioche, clean, bright and toasty grain. The taste is crisp, dry, bitter, earthy roast, floury bread, grassy, hay, floral and straw with a dry finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Well rounded and good fun.
