Each step of the process from the water to the malt bill is carefully engineered to make sure the hops have all the room they need to party with your senses.

Gravity cask at One Inn The Wood, Petts Wood on 29th September 2023. Cloudy yellow with shallow off-white foam and scant lacing. Fresh lemon citrus aroma. Lush citrus blend of grapefruit and tangerine in-mouth and an unsweetened orange finish. Full bodied with a zingy mouthfeel.

Thin white head left a covering on a hazy vivid golden coloured body. Bitter satsuma aroma. Medium bodied, lively on the tongue with a clean back. Bitter citrus, chalk, orange & tropical fruit juice tastes with a tangy finish. That's really refreshing.

Can on the Looe Brush ... 47537 & 826 ... cheers to Dave I think, 03/02/19. Hazed pale golden yellow with a decent white cap. Nose is citric pith, orange zest, melon, airy malts, grass. Taste comprises citric sherbets, grass, light floral notes, tangerine, hint of weed. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced hop bitterness. Decent enough pale.

Gravicask at 37th Fleetwood Beer & Cider Festival. Shared with Finn. Decent white head, bright golden body, fragile lacing. Herbal hops on the nose. Rather fresh taste profile of citrus, peaches and herbal hops. Discreet bitter fruitiness to the ending. Likable. (07.02.2019).
