ABR 2006. Lightly spiced. Coriander and wheat. Heavily carbonated. This did a good job with this one, but the beer could use a little more body. Cloudy but it does look filtered.

[I’m not sure this is the right beer - I had Wit (Überwit) at the Denver location] An unclear light yellow beer with no head. The aroma is very light but wheaty. The flavor is very wheaty on a very sweet background - it also has notes of coriander, but the body is thin.

Draft. Very light, with a good lemony spritziness. Not quite as complex as other brewery wits I've had, but quite pleasing. An attractive cloudy, pure white head sits for a spell atop the expected cloudy yellow body. Maybe a little watery, but easy drinking. One of those wits that could be used as your lawnmower beer.
