A good pale ale.... Maybe a tad too high in alcohol to be a session ale, but it’s still quite good. Lots of citrus notes, and no malts. Just straight forward hops, citrus, and slight pine. Super clean, drinks very easily but feels a touch thin, with a medium bitterness.

Vom Hahn im Brauhaus Toronto, optisch helles Gold im Glas, in der Nase fruchtig, Grapefruit. Ebenso im Trunk, dazu etwas Getreide, leichte Harzigkeit, spät bitter, passt.

This pale poured a medium yellow colour with a bright white, foaming head. Minimal lacing. Scents include hay, a little grassy hops, pepper and corn. First swig was really hoppy, almost overhopped. Flavours of grass and hay most prominent. Finish is bitter with the taste of grass lingering. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Keg at Bar Hop and the brewery. Clear golden body with a thin white head. Low carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of orange, grapefruit pith and grass. Flavour of pine, bubblegum, grapefruit, paracetamol, foam bananas and a peppery finish. Thin to medium body with an oily texture. Soft fizz. Very tasty - especially for the ABV.
