750ml bottle. Deep golden pour, small white head. Lovely sweet malts, nice grains, some breads, and some nice grassy hops, smells like saaz.
Good mouth feel, good carb. The finish is grassy, and a little fruity, alcohol is very well hidden. Low bitterness, slightly sweet, quite nice. But just like the china wall, this is a decent beer i would buy more of if they wernt $12 a bottle!

This ale poured a nice amber colour with a quick living head. Scents include ripe fruit, malt and a little cider. First sip was sweet with flavours of tea, sweet malt and a little ripe fruit. Finish is syrupy

Pours a clear golden-amber colour with a creamy warm cap, good retention and some creamy-foamy lacing. Not sure about the smell though, with some grain but hints of fish (seems to be the hops used). The taste is a little better, but still not a fan of this hop. Mild grain good for a blonde ale and the alcohol is quite nicely hidden. Well done for the style, but wish it had different hops (or milder) and having the grain a little more powerful.

750ml bottle from the LCBO. Pours a crystal clear orange with a generous off white head that recedes quickly. Nose is grains and some fruit with a bit of toffee.Sweet start with some honey and pear followed by a bit of spice and a low level of bitterness. Alcohol is quite evident. Medium oily mouth with average carbonation. Lots of alcohol but not much character.
