330ml bottle @Luppolo Station (Rome). Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Eccellente!

Nice light aroma here. Some perfume and light lemon peel. Nice balance and easy drinking. Pours dark amber with good head. Puffy head and lacing. Light bitter end. Tap at Sovereign.

Bottle the brewery in Bermondsey and drunk at home. Lively beer. Hazy amber colour lasting cream head. Some saison some farmhouse aroma. Some bitterness on the finish. Lightly funky farmhouse. A bit light in the malts of anything. Good quality farmhouse character though. Light funk. Yes it grew on me. Some good grapefruit hop. Good citrus bite and bitterness finish. Decent. Grew on me. Peppery finish is good.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up at BBNo Bermondsey. Pours lightly unclear orange-gold with a modest, creamy white head. Has a pleasant sweet biscuity character, some cracked grains, a little ripening citrus and honey, then it gives way to grassy bitterness, husk, dry hay. Light bodied with lively, massaging carbonation. Light peppery notes in the finish, more sweet wheat bread, melon, orange, restrained grassy bitterness. Quite drinkable stuff.

Keg at the bermondsey tap room. A clear golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting white head. Aroma is semi sweet, apple, earthy saison, light pepper. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, apple, nutty malts, light toast, light bubble gum. Clove.. Palate is semi sweet, light flabby, moderate carbonation. Little sweet.
