This brown ale is fantastically nutty thanks to the addition of chestnut flour, yet remains wonderfully sessionable.

330ml bottle. Pours a lightly hazy russet brown, medium pale tan head. Aroma is indeed nutty, with some mild caramel. Taste mirrors the aroma, soft on the palate though the nuttiness could be more prominent. Still, a good autumnal, moderately sweet Brown Ale.

Almost clear deep red - amber beer, small pale tan head. Palate is airy and fairly dry, decent carbonation. Smooth dry malts, light sweetness. Sweetish nuts but quite thin, tangy fruits before a light dry finish. It's fine, perhaps not mad enough!
