Draft at the Beer Temple, Amsterdam. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grassy, piney, tropical citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a fresh, smooth, rich, juicy tropical citrus, mango, light pineapple, light hop bitter palate. Over medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Disig lys gul med hvitt skum. Lukter godt av grapefrukt og andre sitrusfrukter. Passe bitter og godt med kullsyre som jeg liker😊. Noe juicy i munnfølelse. Smaker av grapefrukt, lime og appelsin.

473ml, bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. A firm white head that laced well, misty yellow-pale greenish body. Initially fresh aromas of hoppy fruits, citrus and grassy hops. Mid-sweet fruity taste, including grapefruit, orange, and grass, soft juicy malts beneath. Citrus finish, on the sweet side of bittersweet. Fine depth to it. (Tromsø, 19.04.2025).

473 ml can, as Noctem Catnip IPA, from the Norwegian importer. ABV is 7.5%. Hazy yellow colour, moderate white head. Aroma of yellow stonefruits, catnip (cat mint) and hints of pine. Citric flavour, also notes of yellow stonefruits and catnip, with a resinous bitterness in the finish.

Mi2 på Cardinal 9.12. ble en veritabel julekalender, ikke minst takket være Luis' presentasjon av canadiske øl, alle på 0,473 bokser: lett uklar gylden med ok skum. Fin fruktighet og god bitterhet. Citrus, grapefrukt og et streif av mynte. En god ipa uten noen dikkedarer. Mersmaken var også fint til stede.
