Keg at Colmore, Brum. Hazy-opaque dark gold. Thin foamy. Aroma is sweet - banana puree. Clive streak. Smoke in there too. Flavourwise it's similar with an added citrus sourness. Light. Slick. Lazy Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Unexciting Hefe.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from the brewery online shop. Pours hazed gold with a frothy, white topping. Light-medium sweet flavour with hearty wheat bread, mild yeast, phenolic notes, faint citrus peel bitterness. Light bodied with average carbonation. Balanced finish, wheat flakes, doughy biscuits, yeast, nips of banana chips. Tasty, easygoing.
