Bottle, 5.5%. Mildly roasted aroma. Clear dark brown colour. Small stable light brown head. The flavour is nicely roasted with a mild coffee finish. Faintly spicy, perhaps from the hops. Fairly flavourful, but still well-balanced.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear, orangey brown with a small, beige head. Sweet, subtle roast and nuts in the nose. Medium body, again roast and English licorice, sweet yet balanced. Actually a very well composed and executed Brown Ale, solid craftmanship. 071217
