On tap at Council, pours a cloudy yellow with no head. Aroma brings out fresh apricots, with light acidity. Flavour is on the acidic side, with tons of tart and acidic apricots. This one is more difficult to drink, despite the fruitiness. Nice stuff.

Bottle at the Mar Claire. Pours a cloudy gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is strong apricot flesh, yeast, lemon. Medium body, jammy, apricot, light funk, nice tartness, really enjoyed this.

Bottle from 2016 Boise stone fruit tasting on 8/27. Pours out a cloudy pinkish apricot color with a spare head. Aroma is big fruity notes, some of the tartness comes through in the smell as well. Taste has the upfront apricot sweetness followed by the tartness, but equally spread.

Bottle, thanks Rick. Golden pour with a small white head. Aroma is distinctly apricot, lively fruity and tart. A deeper flavor profile from the stone fruit, somewhat earthy, but lots of sweet fruit and tartness. Just a little bit of farmyard yeast to resemble a saison.

750ml bottle pours a bright yellow with a ring of white head. Nose has apricot, passion fruit, lemon curd. Flavor is weaker, apricot, lemon, white grape. Tart finish. Simple.

On tap at city beer San Francisco. pours out a muddy apricot color topped with a small head. nose is big peach apricot notes a nice funky tart to go well with the sweetness. Taste is more of the heavy stone fruit nice tartness and sweet balance.

Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours hazy, hazy gold with a white head. Tart apricot aroma. Flavor is mildly mouthwrenching tart/sour with a mix of ripe and unripe apricot. Very astringent; quite pleasing.
