Poured from a bottle. Aroma is moderately apricot forward with with some light acidity and tropical fruit notes. Light citrus and faint malt notes. Pours a hazy, pale yellow gold with a medium sized, thick white head that slowly recedes to the edges. Faint lacing and small legs.Flavor is moderately acidic with some nice light citrus notes. Moderate apricot notes with some soft mineral notes and a hint of bitterness. Faint herbal phenolics. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a really nice fruity saison with good fruit notes and light acidity. Nice, soft mouthfeel and mineral notes.
