Handpull cask at the Seven Stars, Carey Street, London. Straw, clear with soap-bubble white head. Big grapefruit aroma with some sweet pineapple juice, applesauce and browned toast. Bittersweet hoppy taste, more grapefruit on the way down. Long citrus aftertaste. Itโ€™s not complex but what it does, it does well. A refreshing hoppy pale at a very sessionable strength. Good one Sambrooks.
