A ramped up version of our single hopped Simcoe, this beer has a rich golden colour and has hints of rose petals and strawberry on the nose. The flavour is intense in tropical fruits with a bitter dry finish..

Keg @ Mallinsons Corner, Huddersfield. Dirty golden-blonde with a small head. Has a dry but crisp enough hoppy texture and taste, with some fruitiness in its aftertaste.
